We don't offer hourly bookings. Our sessions are designed as half-day or full-day packages so there's no clock-watching — you get proper time to set up, shoot, and review without feeling rushed. This approach consistently delivers better results because it removes the pressure of a ticking meter and lets you focus on getting the best out of your time in the studio.

Every session includes the use of our professional video or audio studio, all lighting and camera equipment, a dedicated operator, and full technical support. You don't need to bring anything other than yourself and your ideas.

We recommend booking at least two weeks ahead to secure your preferred date, especially for full-day sessions. That said, we can sometimes accommodate shorter turnarounds. Get in touch and we'll do our best to fit you in.

Yes. We offer a full post-production service including video editing, colour grading, audio mastering, and sound design. You can book this alongside your shoot or as a standalone service if you already have footage that needs professional finishing.

Not at all. Most of our clients have never been in a professional studio before. Our team handles everything technical: cameras, lighting, sound, direction, etc. so you can relax and focus on your message. We'll guide you through the whole process.

Yes — we actively encourage it. We offer free studio tours so you can see the space, meet the team, and ask any questions before committing. Just get in touch to arrange a time that works for you.

We're based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Well connected by road and rail from London and the wider South East. Our studio is easy to find and has parking available nearby.

We're here to be as flexible as possible and we understand things can change. While we don't generally refunds, we're happy to reschedule your session as long as you give us at least 24 hours' notice.
